Almost 20 years since Caithness fought the Mums Campaign.
The same problems were forecast back then and unhappy mums and families won then but it seems the lessons are not learned by the NHS Highland board – people are not numbers in a balance sheet what about respect for wishes of families and respect for communities in rural areas. Take a look.
